Job summary

HouseMart in Kihei, Hawaii is seeking a capable store supervisor to oversee daily operations, coach staff, and drive sales. This role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on delivering excellent customer service, inventory accuracy, and merchandising standards.

You will open and close the store, manage staff performance, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining shrinkage controls. Flexible hours and prior retail or customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications
