Job summary

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking action to achieve results
• Availability for nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports and building a strong team
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and brand experience on the sales floor and ensure product presentation reflects brand guidance
• Coach Brand Supervisors and Selling Associates to drive performance and customer satisfaction
• Oversee visual merchandising standards and daily floor execution
• Leverage category insights from company tools and reports to improve performance
• Collaborate with store leadership to manage staffing and labor hours (Daily Workforce Management)
• Support product launches, training, and brand education on the floor
