Job summary

Rally House in Okemos, MI is seeking a Head Coach to act as Store Manager, leading the store's performance, culture, and day-to-day operations. You will build a strong team, drive sales, and ensure top-notch service for our fans and local communities.

You will develop talent, execute merchandising standards, and oversee payroll and expenses while delivering an engaging, community-centered shopping experience at a high-volume sports retail location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
• 2+ years of store management and leadership experience.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform light lifting as part of the role.
