Job summary

Rally House is hiring a Head Coach to serve as Store Manager, guiding overall store performance, culture, and customer experience. You will develop a strong team, ensure consistent operations, merchandising, and service standards, and drive sales and profitability with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities include attracting and retaining talent, executing high-volume events, managing payroll/expenses, and upholding safety and policies while delivering superior local sports fan service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail.
• 2+ years of store management and leadership experience.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with open availability including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities
