Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and options.
• Escalate issues to leadership when needed and resolve with customers when possible.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process applications or requests.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections in compliance with regulations.
• Handle and count currency and cash deposits, manage a cash drawer, and assist with bank deposits.
• Balance receipts with store reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify customer information and process transactions per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Complete required trainings and follow company values.
