Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• If facilities sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching and feedback to associates.
• Drive store profitability by reviewing PL, budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve customer issues.
• Support change initiatives and promote a culture of belonging.
