JOE & THE JUICE is seeking a Store Manager for West Los Angeles to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and uphold brand standards. You will lead a dynamic team, ensure guest experiences, and manage budgets, scheduling, and compliance.

You’ll develop talent, foster a positive culture, and contribute to EBITDA through cost control and guest loyalty initiatives. This role offers performance-based incentives and opportunities to advance across cities and countries within the Juicer network.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service-driven environment.
• Proven track record of delivering operational and financial results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
