White House Black Market is seeking an Assistant Manager in Nashua, NH, to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll foster a welcoming environment and drive community connections while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3 years of retail management experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage inventory, schedules, and store operations with ownership and initiative.

Qualifications

• 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer and peer relationship development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the store’s financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management and daily replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Build community connections through in-store events and philanthropy.
