Job summary

You will manage performance, conduct evaluations, ensure compliance with safety and labor laws, and maintain accurate inventory while ensuring cashier accountability and cost control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of management experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and manuals.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and policies.
• Provide proper training, conduct evaluations, and address gaps up to termination.
• Open and close the store at least twice a week each.
• Review ordering and inventory to meet in-stock targets weekly.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure cashier accountability.
