Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Brand Ambassador to lead the sales floor, model Coach values, and drive store results. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences while embodying the brand on the shop floor and in daily operations.

You will analyze sales trends, support recruitment and training, and help maintain a positive, inclusive culture across the team. This role emphasizes teamwork, clienteling, and strong business acumen within a retail environment.

Formación

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs) and to bend, reach, and maneuver on the sales floor

Responsabilidades

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Monitors sales data, identifies trends, and advises on actions to improve store performance
• Supports recruiting, interviewing, and training to develop team capabilities
• Provides HR and conflict resolution support to team and district leadership when needed
