Coach seeks a Brand Ambassador to lead the sales floor, embody Coach values, and drive brand awareness while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will implement company initiatives and support store operations with a growth mindset.

You will monitor sales data, identify trends, and work on team development, coaching, and feedback to help both individuals and the business succeed. This role emphasizes teamwork, inclusion, and strong performance standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends and improve store performance.
• Supports store with recruiting, interviewing and training as needed.
