Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Brand Ambassador to lead the sales floor with a strong presence, driving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will embody Coach values, support store operations, and help implement company initiatives across the team.

You will monitor sales trends, provide guidance for development, recruit and train staff as needed, and uphold policy compliance, creating an inclusive, high-performance store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs) and move product, cartons, props or fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance and team development.
• Adheres to Company policies and store procedures and provides feedback to improve performance.
