Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador to maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor, drive sales targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will embody Coach values and help implement company initiatives to support overall store operations.

In this role, you will analyze sales data, mentor the team, participate in recruiting and performance evaluations, and ensure adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds as needed on the sales floor.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to build high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and partners.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to meet sales targets.
• Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full store operations.
• Monitor sales data, identify trends, and implement improvements.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and performance evaluation support.
