Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. in Santa Ana seeks an Assistant General Manager to help drive store revenues, guest experience and staff performance in a busy entertainment venue.

You will work with the GM on budgets, scheduling, training and compliance, while ensuring exceptional service and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of management experience in team building, sales development and operations.
• Ability to gain, demonstrate and coach with operational knowledge.
• Ability to plan activities, set goals and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrates potential to improve team performance.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain alcohol certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales and profit projections as outlined by corporate management.
• Assist in meeting and exceeding sales goals through policy execution.
• Supervise department managers to ensure compliance with store policies.
• Provide operations and customer service training for store personnel.
• Investigate employee issues with HR support and resolve escalations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Prepare and present performance evaluations and counseling notices.
• Contribute to promotional activities and store workflow improvements.
• Create and present Daily/Monthly reports and labor control data.
