Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of banking products.
• Notary License preferred; NMLS registration may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver exceptional service, sales, and operations in-store.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to ensure compliant, personalized service and advice.
• Coach team to deliver proactive banking advice and product recommendations.
• Manage daily store operations, teller and platform activities, and customer interactions.
