Job summary

TD Bank in Allentown, PA is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead a team delivering TD's model of convenience, sales and advice to deepen customer relationships and ensure compliant operations.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering legendary service. You will coach frontline colleagues, oversee day-to-day store activities, and engage with the community TD serves.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of banking products is preferred.
• Notary License (Preferred) and NMLS registration may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve store objectives and deliver legendary customer experience.
• Manages day-to-day service, sales and operational activities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Drives customer relationships through proactive advice, referrals, and lead management.
• Oversees teller and platform operations, scheduling, and risk controls.
• Coaches staff on advice strategies and product knowledge to meet goals.
