Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in New Jersey. As an Assistant Manager you will help run a single store, hire and supervise associates, and drive guest satisfaction.

We provide a 3-week plus leadership training program to prepare you for success. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for growth into management, and competitive pay ($24–$27 per hour) with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet goals and guest-experience standards.
• Participate in a leadership training program to prepare for store management responsibilities.
