Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. seeks a Lead Sales Associate to support the Store Manager in daily operations, supervise team members, donors, and volunteers, and contribute to the growth of staff development within our Goodwill mission.

This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $14.25 and requires 40 hours per week with weekend availability; responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with operations, training staff, processing donations, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Employment offer contingent upon drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with store operations and product inquiries, and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Train and supervise team members, and meet production standards for sorting, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
• Properly process donations, sort according to guidelines, rotate products, and track inventory using basic calculations.
