Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns.
• Communicates responsibilities and expectations in absence of management.
• Implements action plans to improve operating results and development.
• Informs management of team developments in a timely manner.
• Leads and supervises the team to drive sales and high performance.
• Stocks shelves and maintains merchandising standards.
• Operates POS system to process purchases and address errors.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Opens and closes the store in absence of management.
• Ensures compliance with cash policies and loss prevention.
