Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring an Assistant Manager in California to lead daily store operations and drive sales. You will oversee opening/closing, supervise salesfloor and stockroom, handle staffing and payroll, and train staff to deliver exceptional service and brand experience.

You’ll leverage product knowledge and visual merchandising while coaching others, with a promote-from-within path to future leadership in the store organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
