Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s Culture and drive Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Perform cashier and sales associate tasks.
• Maintain active role in personal selling, meeting sales per hour goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned.
• Assist in day-to-day management and supervision of store associates to drive sales.
• Open and close store as directed.
• Address customer complaints; handle returns and exchanges.
• Assist in increasing sales and maintaining profit structure.
• Assist in training store associates.
• Keep store clean and well-presented; ensure attire is neat and professional.
• Contribute to a safe store environment and report incidents promptly.
• Understand and execute all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in Loss Prevention measures.
• Any other duties as assigned.
