Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend strategy, operations and people leadership in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will drive sales by analyzing performance, elevating customer service, and overseeing opening/closing routines while guiding visual displays and inventory control. With a promote-from-within philosophy, you’ll recruit, train and develop staff, coach non-management teams, and ensure brand standards across omnichannel orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure service and operations.
• Staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
