Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead in Columbus, OH. You will partner with the Store Manager to support the team in achieving sales performance through active coaching, development, and operational excellence when on duty.

You will handle store key responsibilities and be the manager on duty as scheduled. You will inspire the team, maximize growth, and elevate the customer experience by maintaining an engaging store environment and ensuring brand standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals when on duty.
• Coach and develop team to create an engaging and inclusive store environment.

• Assist in recruitment and contribute to an inclusive store culture.
• Use store reports to inform decisions and drive business performance.
• Assist in staffing to ensure execution of store initiatives and programs.
