Job summary

Tailored Brands is seeking a Manager on Duty to lead store teams in delivering top sales, service, and operational excellence. You will coach staff, assist in recruiting, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment that aligns with brand standards.

You will use store reports to guide decisions, drive customer satisfaction, and coordinate with management across shifts. This role requires staying engaged with store metrics and maintaining brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned-into the pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, lift up to 50 lbs., and operate a computer and POS system.
• Opportunity to work across multiple store or brand locations may occur.
