Batteries Plus in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a full-time Store / Sales Assistant Manager to support store staff and management in achieving sales goals. You’ll help with opening/closing, stock, pricing, and customer service, and you may install products as needed.

You’ll also assist with training and mentoring staff to drive store performance. This role offers a 40-hour week, flexible shifts, and a competitive hourly wage plus quarterly bonuses and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read gauges and work with hands.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule to meet store needs.
• Ability to pass a drug test on hire.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store; ensure products are in stock and price tags are accurate.
• Perform housekeeping duties and help customers find what they need.
• Install products when needed and ensure proper functioning.
• Assist with team selection and training; support store manager and staff to reach sales goals.
