The Children's Place is seeking a Store Lead for Opry Mills Mall in Nashville. This part-time role supports the Store Leadership Team by handling cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and serving as Leader on Duty while upholding brand standards and customer service excellence.

You will help develop talent, coach associates, and contribute to store profitability through effective scheduling, payroll processing, and team collaboration, while maintaining a positive, professional store

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing talent through training of associates and provide coaching.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns with associates.
• Support and participate in company training and development initiatives.
