Job summary

SNIPES in Detroit is seeking an Assistant Manager to fully manage the store’s staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager. You will support store standards, promotions, and register processes while driving sales and profitability.

The role requires 2+ years of retail leadership, strong communication, and organizational skills. A high school diploma is required, college degree a plus, and a willingness to stand for long periods with light lifting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong drive to achieve results and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager to ensure store standards for cleanliness and presentation.
• Set up sales/promotions with proper signing in a timely manner.
• Process register functions and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Lead by example to drive sales and profitability and meet store goals.
• Coordinate training and development of associates in register and Aptos functions.
