SNIPES USA is looking for a Head Manager to oversee store operations and staff, ensuring achievement of company objectives within the home store. You will lead scheduling, merchandising, and payroll alignment while partnering with district leadership on personnel matters.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail management experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to develop and motivate a team to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years of experience as a retail manager.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate store goals and directives to maximize team contributions toward sales plan.
• Complete schedules, tasks, visual merchandising, and follow processes within timelines.
• Ensure payroll budget is met without compromising customer experience.
• Partner with District Manager/HR on associate relations issues, including potential terminations.
• Participate in store meetings to share best practices and develop solutions.
