SNIPES is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee store staff and operations when the Store Manager is absent, in a dynamic streetwear environment. You will help maintain cleanliness, set up promotions, manage registers, and lead visual merchandising to meet sales targets.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail leadership, a high school diploma (college degree a plus), excellent communication, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting 15–30 pounds.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree a plus but not required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 15–30 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining store cleanliness to Company standards.
• Set up sales and promotions with proper signing in a timely manner.
• Process register functions per policy and ensure they are followed.
• Demonstrate timely execution of floor set guides and promotions.
• Direct merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards and floor set.
• Identify customer needs and ensure the assortment meets them.
• Coordinate markdowns and transfers in a timely manner.
• Drive sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding goals.
• Communicate store goals to maximize team contributions toward the sales plan.
• Train associates on register and Aptos functions.
• Secure Company funds per policy.
