SNIPES USA is seeking a capable Assistant Store Manager to run the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You will oversee opening/closing, drive sales, and ensure accurate merchandising and promotions, while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and training skills, with a focus on customer service and policy adherence in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team and drive results.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate timely execution and compliance of floor set guides and promotions.
• Lead sales and profitability by achieving store and individual goals.
• Communicate store goals and directives to maximize team contribution.
• Set up sales/promotions with proper signing promptly.
• Direct and maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Train and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Ensure associate safety and report hazards to management.
• Process register functions accurately as directed.
• Ensure store meets company standards for cleanliness on floor and in stockroom.
• Communicate policy changes to staff and ensure proper implementation.
