SNIPES USA is seeking an Assistant Manager to fully manage store staff and operations when the Store Manager is absent. You will support cleanliness, merchandising, and promotions while guiding a team to exceed goals. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and brand enthusiasm.

You will train associates, handle register duties, and protect company funds. A high school diploma and 2+ years in retail leadership are required, with the potential for growth within a dynamic streetwear culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years' experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree a plus but not required.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong drive to achieve results.
• Takes initiative and has problem solving skills.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in ensuring store meets Company standards for cleanliness.
• Set up sales/promotions with proper signing in a timely manner.
• Process register functions and ensure they are followed.
• Demonstrate execution of floor set guides and promotions.
• Direct and maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Recognize customer needs and whether the assortment meets them.
• Monitor markdowns and transfers in a timely manner.
• Lead and drive sales to meet goals.
• Communicate store goals to maximize team contributions.
• Evaluate performance in sales, production, and loss prevention.
• Train associates in register and Aptos functions.
• Secure Company funds per policy.
