Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store associate capable of opening and closing the store in the absence of management, handling cash and ensuring daily readiness. You will process returns, refunds, and cash drops, while delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will also support inventory, pricing, and bids with the store team, promoting efficient operations and service. The role requires leadership experience, English proficiency, and familiarity with store systems, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for business day.
• Handle product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to registers.
• Assist with and coach team members on vendor ordering and backdoor deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and proper pricing/signage.
