ALDI store in Valdosta is seeking a Lead Store Associate (Full-Time). The role includes opening/closing duties in the absence of management, guiding associates, stockers, and cashiers to uphold store standards and deliver an excellent customer shopping experience.

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with planned increases to $20.50, $21.00, and up to $22.00 by Year 5. Expect about 38 hours per week with opportunities to support store operations and customer service initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management.
• Guide associates, stockers, and cashiers to complete duties.
• Improve operating results and personnel development with store management.
• Maintain merchandising standards and customer service excellence.
• Operate POS system and assist with curbside pickup orders.
• Ensure cash handling policies and loss prevention measures are followed.
