Job summary

PAIGE in Scottsdale seeks a Key Holder to lead customer service and store standards, performing opening and closing procedures and serving as the manager on duty in the absence of a manager.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience, weekend availability, and the ability to work at least 30 hours per week. You will motivate the team, drive sales, and maintain brand visuals on a busy sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a retail setting.
• Open availability on weekends.
• Availability to work at least 30 hours a week.
• Able to work up to 5 shifts per week.
• Able to work during Vacation Blackout Policy dates.
• Ability to engage and motivate teams and work collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple operational business functions.
