Job summary

Event Network, Inc. is hiring a Key Holder to support daily store operations and guest experiences at our Scottsdale location. You will work with management to deliver excellent service, assist guests, and ensure accurate transactions and inventory control.

The role requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays, with responsibilities spanning merchandising, stock replenishment, and adherence to store standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or supervisor in a retail environment.
• Merchandising experience organizing and presenting products that are visually appealing.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a service mindset.
• Must be 21 for Liquor sales.
• Position requires flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet store guests and offer assistance to provide quality guest service.
• Practice suggestively selling to increase sales by engaging guests.
• Be knowledgeable about products, promotions, KPI goals, and new products.
• Maintain store presentation and cleanliness; restock merchandise and rotate stock.
• Process transactions accurately in the cash register system; manage discounts and charges.
• Complete store paperwork and procedures for operation; print reports and perform cycle counts.
• Recognize security risks and protect assets; prevent losses.
• Follow laws, company policies, and department procedures.
• Collaborate with staff to achieve store goals and foster a positive environment.
