Job summary

PAIGE is seeking a Key Holder in Charleston to lead by example, support store operations, and drive customer service excellence. You will manage opening and closing procedures and act as manager on duty when needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining PAIGE standards, motivating the team, protecting store appearance, and handling POS transactions during outages. 1 year retail experience and weekend flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a retail setting.
• Open availability on weekends.
• Able to work at least 30 hours per week and up to 5 shifts per week.
• Must be able to participate in store opening/closing and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store following managerial procedures.
• Deliver superior customer service and uphold PAIGE standards.
• Maintain a professional, positive and productive store atmosphere.
• Ensure appearance and HQ visuals direction are followed.
• Hit and monitor sales targets as directed by store management.
• Be the on-duty manager in the absence of a higher-level manager.
