Job summary

PAIGE in New York is seeking a Key Holder to lead daily store operations and maintain PAIGE’s brand standards on the sales floor. You will open and close the store, supervise associates, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service while modeling enthusiasm and product knowledge.

You’ll report to the Assistant Manager and Store & Local Brand Manager, collaborating with the team to meet targets and uphold HQ visuals.

Qualifications

1 year of experience in a retail setting.
Open availability on weekends.
The availability to work at least 30 hours a week.
The ability to work up to 5 shifts per week and during Vacation Blackout Policy dates.

Responsibilities

Set an example of enthusiasm, knowledge, and understanding of the PAIGE brand image and product.
Ensure the implementation of plans for meeting and exceeding sales targets, as communicated by store management.
Reinforce the expectation of superior customer service as the top priority for all employees.
Maintain a professional environment that is motivated, positive, friendly, helpful, and productive.
Delegate responsibilities and hold employees accountable for meeting productivity expectations.
Ensure all requirements necessary to open and close the store are performed accurately each day.
Be accountable for the store’s appearance, standards, and adherence to HQ visuals direction.
Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the POS system, and handle transactions during tech issues.
Maintain a replenished and fully-stock sales floor.
Participate in scheduled inventory tasks, including counts.
