Job summary

In this role, you will open/close the store as scheduled, support staff recruitment and development, and foster an engaging, inclusive environment that elevates the customer experience and supports brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
• Standing/walking for extended periods with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff toward sales, service, and operational goals.
• Coach and develop team to create an engaging, inclusive selling environment.
• Ensure store operates smoothly during manager-on-duty shifts, including opening/closing.
• Assist with staff training on internal processes and branding initiatives.
• Elevate customer experience to meet brand standards and drive NPS targets.
• Analyze store reports to inform decisions and drive performance.
