Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead in our Virginia location to partner with the Store Manager in coaching a sales-driven team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will open/close the store, supervise daily operations, and foster a positive, inclusive environment while meeting sales and service goals. Responsibilities include leading by example, communicating priorities, training staff, and using store reports to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative, results-oriented and strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficient in technology systems and POS.

• Stay informed on corporate directives, initiatives, policies.
• Contribute to brand standards and marketing initiatives.
• Lead regular store meetings to keep staff updated.
