Men's Wearhouse is seeking a Store Lead in New York to partner with the Store Manager in coaching the team, driving sales performance and operational excellence while on duty. You will be assigned store keys to open and close and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes developing a team selling environment, extending exceptional customer experience, and aligning with company directives to achieve daily goals and brand standards across the store.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient with technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS system.
