Job summary

The Men's Wearhouse, LLC is seeking a Store Lead for the Madison Ave location in New York. You will partner with the Store Manager to coach the team, drive sales, and maintain operational excellence while on duty.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail or sales, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual with good judgement and business sense.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
