Tailored Brands is seeking a Store Lead in Dublin, OH to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales performance, coaching a high-energy team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will manage on-duty operations, process adherence, and brand standards throughout the shift.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and hands-on development of team members within a dynamic retail environment, with opportunities to influence store success and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Demonstrates leadership and people development abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with technology, MS Office, POS systems and video conferencing.
