Job summary

Men's Wearhouse is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager to coach team, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence when on duty. The role includes opening/closing with store keys and leading by example.

You will recruit and develop staff, use store reports to guide decisions, and foster an inclusive environment while delivering a top customer experience aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience.
