Royal Farms is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager for its high-volume Virginia location. This full-time role supports the Store Manager, leads shifts, and develops a retail team to deliver the world-famous food service experience daily.

Responsibilities include guiding daily operations, maintaining standards, and driving customer satisfaction while ensuring policy compliance and safe, efficient store execution.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in fast food, retail, or related management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and planning.
• Lead shifts, supervise associates, and develop team performance.
