Job summary

The Children’s Place is hiring a Store Lead for Louisiana Boardwalk in Bossier City. This part-time position supports the Store Leadership Team by handling cash-wrap operations, opening and closing duties, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD).

You will engage customers, uphold store standards, and contribute to a positive team environment. You will train and coach associates, assist with scheduling, payroll processing, and ensure safety and CRE standards are met while driving store profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through training of associates and in-the-moment coaching.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns with associates.
• Support and participate in company training and development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide timely feedback.
• Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and a positive store environment.
• Model exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards on the sales floor.
• Represent the company professionally to customers and colleagues.
• Support management to maximize productivity through knowledge of operations and product.
