Job summary

The Men's Wearhouse, LLC is seeking a Store Lead at 7874 Mineral Point Rd, Madison, WI. You will partner with the Store Manager to coach the team, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence when on duty.

You will open/close the store, lead customer interactions, and support staffing, training, and execution of brand standards. This role emphasizes leadership, inclusivity, and delivering a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned-into the pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to support store team members to achieve sales performance expectations.
• Coach and develop team to create a high-performing selling environment.
• Open and close the store as the manager on duty with assigned store keys.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist in recruiting store staff and foster an inclusive store environment.
• Ensure store is visually set to brand standards and marketing initiatives are executed.
