Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for The Men's Wearhouse in Greenfield, Wisconsin. You will lead a store team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals through coaching, development, and hands-on leadership.

You will recruit, hire and train staff, ensure schedules align with peak periods, and uphold brand standards. You will analyze store reports, drive customer experience, and create an inclusive, high-performing environment that delivers exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-years’ experience leading, managing, and developing retail teams.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned into the pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve sales performance through coaching, development of a selling environment, and operational excellence.
• Recruit, hire, and train a store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure store schedule accuracy and staffing for initiatives, Ship-from-Store, and sales coverage.
• Train staff on internal operational functions and stay informed on directives, policies, and procedures.
• Implement store programs to increase efficiencies in sales, service, operations, and branding.
• Create an engaged and inclusive store environment with a culture of learning and development.
• Lead with a customer-centric approach to exceed expectations and drive a high NPS.
• Use store reports and data to guide decisions and drive performance.
