Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned into the pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals when on duty.
• Model company values and coach team members to maximize performance.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to equip staff to grow the business.
• Assist in recruiting staff and contribute to an inclusive store environment.
• Support management in achieving store business plans, sales, service and operations goals.
• Leverage store reports to guide decision making and drive improvements.
• Contribute to training and development of store staff on internal operations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate directives, initiatives, policies and procedures.
• Foster an engaged, learning culture with regular store meetings.
• Improve customer experience by aligning visuals to brand standards and campaigns.
