Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support the Store Manager and bring sneaker culture to life. You will lead on the floor, coach teammates, and drive sales while keeping the store running smoothly and safely.

In this role you’ll engage with customers, manage key tasks, and contribute to a positive, energetic store environment with a strong focus on execution and ownership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership or key-holding experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers and staff.
• Take an owner/operator mindset and maintain store standards and execution.
• Leverage retail technology and digital tools to enhance the customer experience.
