Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to energize the sales floor and support the Store Manager in driving results. This role focuses on coaching the team, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring daily store operations run smoothly.

You’ll be hands-on, move with urgency, and embody the “Always on, Never no” mindset to help customers and teammates. The position offers flexible hours, opportunities for advancement, and exposure to a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with an energy mindset, delivering solutions to customers.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Maintain store organization, readiness, and smooth operation.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers and staff.
• Take ownership of store execution and standards.
• Leverage retail technology to enhance customer experience and operations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
